Ordering Info!
New: To better serve you most orders
that have a shipping charge under $8.50 go via USPS or better known
as the Post Office. Orders with a shipping charge over $8.75 usually
go via UPS service. This is being done to lower the shipping costs to
you. We don't have a minimum order amount, but we do have a minimum
shipping fee of $4.85 due to shipping and the credit card fees charged
us.
We try very, very hard to ship most orders UPS as they
give better service. To ship UPS you need to order enough goods to show
a shipping fee of at least $8.75 on your order. It costs that much to
ship a package across the street via UPS.
On UPS orders, UPS will send you a tracking number
when we ship the items.
On USPS orders you will NOT get any tracking info,
nor do we e-mail you when we ship your order.
Please, double check your addresses!
So many people are giving us their wrong addresses that we wonder how
they get home at night. This will delay your order considerably.
If you give us the wrong address, or wish to change an address, UPS
charges us $20.00 to intercept and make that change, and we are forced
to pass this charge onto you via another credit card transaction. Please
get your address right the first time!
Delivery Time
All orders are shipped out as soon as we can pack them.
Usually within four or five working days, many packages leave the same
day we receive the order. All UPS orders are shipped UPS ground. If
you want faster delivery you must call us and confirm this. Without
a telephone call, all orders go UPS ground. Telephone number is below.
Notice next day UPS shipments MUST be called in.
UPS now charges very high rates for next day delivery. Expect to pay
$40.00 or much more for just a one pound box. Order your materials in
advance of your needs!

Try it out, you may back out of an order at any time,
cancel orders, change orders. It is all very easy and you may rest assured
that our order system is very, very secure. You can play with our shopping
cart system and make a few dummy orders to learn how to use it, and
you can do this without using any credit card information. When finished
just clean out your shopping cart. Ordering from us is very easy and
simple to do.
Availability
We work hard to keep all items constantly available. Sometimes
it is hard when our suppliers run out of stock and delay shipments to
us. We try to stock enough of all items but sometimes we have a run
on items. At times, it seems like everybody wants the same thing at
the same time. Please bear with us as we grow and learn to anticipate
your/our needs. When we run out of an item, we try to immediately put
an out of stock notice on this web site right under that item. We would
advise not ordering these items until we remove the out of stock notice.
What Happens when you order from
us:
When you enter your credit card information, and click
the order button, you are dealing directly with our bank. They are automatically
processing your information. This is the safest way possible and is
now being used by most web sites. Forget trying to order anything using
declined or fraudulent credit cards because it just won't work. You
are dealing with the bank, not us. We do not handle your money or the
financial transaction. We only fill the orders and ship them.
When you click the final "order" button your
order is encrypted and sent to our banks shopping cart system encrypted.
You should also receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from our
banks shopping cart system. You will not receive another
e-mail from us. We try to fill all orders as fast as possible. Usually
within two or three days. When your order leaves our place of business
and is shipped to you, you will be sent another e-mail by UPS with
a tracking number. Please be patient and wait for that e-mail.
If your order is less than $20.00 it may be shipped via USPS and you
will NOT get any further notification from us or the postal service.
One thing that really has been taking a lot of our time
has been answering so many e-mail's from people asking about their orders,
usually when their orders have already left here.
Business Locations: If
you are ordering from a business location you should give us your business
address on your order besides your name. With the stiff competition
UPS receives from Fed X and other carriers, we are convinced that business
locations receive faster and better service from UPS. If you are NOT
a business location, do NOT state so on your order. UPS really does
know the difference! This could actually delay your order!
Please give us your phone number
on the order blank. We don't give out any information about
any of our customers to anyone. We use this only to call you if we have
to, only about your order. Also, it allows UPS to call you if they are
having trouble finding you.
Please double check your e-mail
address so that you will get the messages from our carriers
with your tracking number. This is the number one reason people write
us, is because they never got their tracking numbers from the carriers,
because they gave us their wrong e-mail address. Also please keep in
mind that if you have a number 1 or an L in your e-mail address, we
cannot tell the difference between the two. For example: penny1@big.com
, looks exactly like pennyl@big.com ... See what I mean. This has caused
us lots of trouble. Use our customer comments box on the order form
to straighten us out..
To order our products we Strongly recommend the
use of a credit card and using our shopping cart system. It is the most
secure way to order. It is even more secure than ordering over the
phone. This measure actually protects you! We accept Visa, Master
card, and American Express. We do not take Discover Cards due to the
very high rate they charge us on transactions.
When you send your order, it is being sent encrypted and
is very, very secure. This method is very, very secure. You do not ever
have to worry about your credit card information being stored on our
computers, because it isn't ever stored on our computers on in any of
our files anywhere.
Overseas Orders, or Orders not in the lower
48 United States.
We ship UPS only to the continental United States..
In areas OTHER than the lower 48 United States of America,
you will be billed only the actual shipping fees that we are charged
by the carrier that we use to deliver the goods to you. This usually
is the United States Postal System. In areas outside of the lower
48 United States the shipping fee shown on your order does not apply.
Outside of the USA you willed be charged for the total of the shipping
fee charged us by the carriers.
OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA: Your order has been automatically
charged for a USA delivery with USA delivery charges included on your
order. When the extra delivery charge is computed, your credit card
will be CHARGED AGAIN for the excess delivery charge. This means your
credit card billing statement will show two separate charges. The
first charge includes your order and USA shipping charges and the second
charge will be for the extra fees we have to pay to deliver the package
to you. Look for two charges for each order, on your credit card billing
statement. This includes most packages being shipped to Canada, Alaska,
HI.
All shipments overseas, or to Canada, Alaska, HI will
be shipped by the United States Postal Service only as UPS charges too
much to ship to foreign countrys.

Don't hesitate to call us! We are open 9-4 EST time. We
will take your order and credit card information right over the phone.

for your order at the time you place the order. The man answering the
phone can only take your order and information. Then it has to be handed
off to another person to place that order into the computer. It is much
quicker for us and you, to just place the order on our web site. Then
you have all the information automatically e mailed to you instantly.
The best time to call us is in the mornings.
On many orders placed on our web site, the shipping fee
you pay is lower than the actual costs charged us by UPS. We just eat
the difference. When ordering by phone you will charged the actual shipping
fees. You might find that you save money by ordering on the web site,
verses ordering on the phone. NOTICE: We cannot give you the shipping
fee at the time you place a telephone order.
Telephone orders are basically for people who want something
fast, or for people who are insecure about placing orders on our web
site.
Via E-mail
We do not recommend E-mail, as that is not a secure way
to send credit card numbers.
Shipping
We are concerned with the cost of shipping our products
to you. We are constantly trying to give you the best shipping rates
we can. Due to this fact we have become an authorized UPS shipper. UPS
has insurance automatically included.
With UPS SHIPPING ONLY. Make sure you give us your e-mail
address. We will use this e-mail to have a notification sent to you
telling you when your order was shipped and the tracking number so that
you may easily track your shipment.
If you have a PO box number than we must ship via Parcel
Post. All Military APO and FPO orders go via United States Parcel Post.
All our products are shipped to you in study boxes, securely
wrapped and packed. We have had many years of practice and we guarantee
the items will arrive to you in good condition. The only item we do
not guarantee is picture glass. You take your own chances with that.
But be advised so far we have had very good luck.
How much is shipping going to
cost?
The shipping fee you pay is usually given to you when
you make the order. The only other shipping fee you might possible have
to pay are any oversize fees charged us by the US postal service and
UPS. These fees are not given on your order and are rarely charged as
we try very hard to not sell many items that go oversize.
We do not charge any other handling fees as others do.
In fact, we do everything we can to save you all we can.
Do you ship ups next day or 2nd
day ?
We ship UPS common ground. But........
We can ship UPS Any way you want.
All orders go out UPS common ground unless you CALL
us and make your order on our telephone line and make the order direct
over the phone. Due to the VERY large INCREASES in UPS shipping
charges on these faster orders you should do everything in your power
to order your items in advance of your needs. You can expect to pay
$40.00 or Much more to ship just a one pound box via next day delivery

How long is it going to take to
receive my order?
Most of the items you see on the site are in stock ready
to go which means you should receive it with in a few working days and
as fast as UPS can deliver it.
When will my credit card be billed?
You credit card is billed via our shopping cart system
at the time you place the order. This is the most secure transaction
available. When you place an order your order is processed by our bank.
You do not have to worry about anyone else seeing your credit card information
or worrying about an employee stealing your information. Our shopping
cart system is the most secure way of doing business on the Internet.
I made a mistake and sent the order
twice, what can I do?
Try not to do that! But if you do, just e-mail us the
same day, or call us. Our e-mail box is always checked at the same time
we download orders. We then have to log into our shopping cart bank
account and refund your money. We of course lose money on both the transaction
coming and going and don't charge you for the loss, so please try hard
not to make this mistake.
What if a order gets lost or broken?
When you order products from us you can be assured of
getting a really nice product. We will take care of these problems as
they arise, just e-mail us. We're easy to get along with!
The orders are well packed and breakage has not been
a real problem for us. If you receive a box that is very badly damaged,
i.e. completely flat for example, or with holes completely through it,
we suggest you do not accept it from the UPS man. Give them the devil.....
Picture framing glass is sent to you at a service of our
company and we don't guarantee breakage of this glass. The glass is
shipped at your own risk. We only do this as a service to you as it
is otherwise almost impossible for many folks to buy picture framing
glass elsewhere. But...We have had good luck so far.
Can I return an order?
Yes. But we refund only the cost of the goods you have
ordered. Shipping by us to you, and you to us is not refundable. Shipping
is a service that has already been paid for. All refunds must take place
within 30 days of you PLACING the order, (not from the time you receive
it). Your orders are placed with our banks shopping cart system. After
30 days NO refunds are given on any order, most shopping carts and banks
are not allowed to hold these transactions over 30 days and after that
your order has been deleted from the banks system.
If you have a problem with your order, PLEASE e-mail
or call us first before you call your credit card company. They will
only tell you to do this anyway! If you can't get a hold of us for some
reason, just e-mail us and we will soon get to your problem.
We bend over backwards to make our customers happy. We
can refund money into your account as easily as you paid it out to us
and this can happen immediately upon you contacting us.
We are easy to get along with!
If you call your credit card company first and
demand a charge back for any reason, they immediately do this. They
instantly take the money out of our account and charge us a $30.00 transaction
fee. Then they put the money into a holding account and you have to
wait 30 to 60 days before you get your money back into your account
while they send us all this paper work which we must fill out and send
back to them. Charge backs cost us lots of time and effort. This even
if your order was only for fifty cents! or less!
Customers who call their credit card company and place
a charge back on us first, are automatically put on our shopping
carts black list and are no longer able to order from this and some
other web sites. We can have your credit card number blocked, or your
name blocked even your computers IP address blocked.... All companies
anywhere on the web, can do this, and most do it. Always call and work
with the company you are doing business with first! Then if they don't
treat you right, call your card company. I've had to do it!
Notice to Netscape Users:
Sometimes Netscape does weird things to our pages and
things may not look quite right. We try to keep this corrected as best
we can. Sometimes order buttons don't work in Netscape for example.
Please let us know it you have these problems. Microsoft explorer usually
works great.
Please keep in mind that our order system is very, very
secure. When using Netscape, and you press any of our order buttons,
sometimes a box with this text pops up. "Any information you
submit is insecure and could be observed by a third party while in transit.
If you are submitting passwords, credit card numbers, or other information
you would like to keep private, it would be safer for you to cancel
the submission." Please disregard that notice. You
might also want to clear the check box that says, "show this alert
next time." To stop from having the this box show up all the time.
At this time you aren't even sending any valuable information, Netscape
hasn't caught up with the Internet system yet, be patient and wait......
When you get to the stage where you actually have to enter
your name, address and credit card information you will be taken to
a very secure link. Netscape will then pop up a box that says, "You
have requested a secure document. The document and any information you
send back are encrypted for privacy while in transit. For more information
on security choose Document Information from the View menu." Now
Netscape has caught up and is giving you the proper information. Your
address and all transaction information is being sent very securely.
