The price of value of the chop prices are variable as different retail
frame chops are priced differently, but the prices shown are a good average
retail price for the average frame sold at frame shops everywhere. But
please keep in mind that it is possible to pay upwards of $1000.00 for
a hand crafted picture frame. What we did was pick an average priced frame
off the frame shops wall. The retail prices shown are what a medium priced
frame shop charges in a country setting. You will find frame shops in
most cities much higher.
