The best way to contact us is by e-mail. Please copy the e-mail address below, using your left mouse button and the copy command under the edit menu, to paste this e-mail link to your e-mail program. Please note, you must write to us using your e-mail program, with no outside attachments or outside files or images allowed; otherwise your e-mail will be automatically placed into junk mail and never get seen. If you use note pad for instance to write your letter, then send it to us as an attachment to an e-mail, your e-mail will be automatically deleted as junk mail.

First a couple quick answers to common questions.

When will my order Ship?
All items on site are in stock unless marked out of stock on the web site.  Most orders ship the next day after receipt, picture frame chops ship within three days. UPS does not ship on Saturdays and nothing ships on Sunday. Friday orders ship on Monday.

Where is my order?
All orders as of 11/15/2017 have shipped and should arrive soon.

Please be patient - You need not e-mail us about your orders placed on or before this date. The answer you will get is the same. "Your order has shipped. Your order should arrive shortly."

The above bolded message is updated daily when possible but not always. We believe this will save many unnecessary e-mail's. Remember we strive very hard to ship your order the next day after receiving it, but not on weekends.

Please note: Your credit card statement may read that your order was billed to you by "Grignons Studio LLC".

If you are inquiring about an order - make sure you give us the order number found on top of your copy of the receipt that you received by e-mail if at all possible. Your order number will look like this,  # 100221

Baring unforeseen circumstances we usually get our orders out the door within 1 or 3 working week days, many leave much sooner. Then the carriers can take up to 4 to 6 days to the west coast. We try to get out all orders as soon as possible, and we attempt very hard to have all stock in hand at all times.

Please Note: we have several different web sites where we do business. When orders are made from this, or any of our other web sites, we use the same shopping cart system with our bank. You credit card statements will usually read that your order was billed to you by "Grignons LLC".

Your package label will always read from: Grignons Art and Frame and have your order number on the label. When placing an order with us, our shopping cart will send you a copy of your order to your e-mail address, this is the only receipt you will receive. There will be no receipt with your information inside the box. Please read our order information page for more details.

I can't explain it any easier to you in any e-mail I answer back. Thousands of people easily figure out how to order picture frames from us. You can to if you read the information given!
