Refund Policy

GETTING A REFUND

Please note:

Your package label will always read from:

GrignonsArt.com and have your order number on the label. When placing an order with us, our shopping cart will send you a copy of your order to your e-mail address, this is the only receipt you will receive. There will be no receipt with your information inside the box. Please read our order information page for more details.

The order number given you is located on the customer receipt sent to you by the shopping cart system, and is also placed on the package label when your order is shipped.  It usually looks something like this  3333-3333-3333 .

When communicating with us please put your order number in all your e-mails.

Please make your request for a refund by e-mail if at all possible.

Refunds are not a problem with us. We value your trust and and treat you just like we would want to be treated.

You may make a refund anytime within 30 days:  Any package can be returned to us and if the contents are resellable you will get a full refund of your order or articules not wanted;  minus any shipping fees.  Shipping is non refundable as it is a contract made that has already been paid for.  All packages MUST be returned to us within 30 days. 

All refunds are made though the bank that processed your credit card when you made the order. On a refund they will find your order and issue you a refund back into your account for any amount up to the full amount of the order minus any shipping fee that has been paid.  This process needs to take place within 30 days as after that date our system does not keep your information and a bank refund becomes very difficult.

NO refunds will be given any other way except though the bank, as a refund to your credit card. It must be done within 30 days.

NO refunds are available after 30 days. No refunds will be given by check, cash, or money order.

NO refunds on cut picture frames, moulding chops, or any other picture frame moulding material. Once picture frame moulding is cut it is gone. Please be sure of what you are ordering when ordering picture frame moulding material. You should consider ordering samples first if in any doupt as to what you may receive.

NO refunds on picture frame glass when available.  All glass is packed well, but you order that at your own risk. UPS and USPS will not refund on broken glass as well.

If you have a problem with any order, please contact us first via e-mail and wait for our reply.  It is easy to get a refund from us. If you contact the bank first and put charge back on your  card, that costs us $45.00 and we will refuse to ship any orders to you in the future from this site and other sites we own.
